GAME SUPPER -TICKET ORDER FORM

All members are reminded to order your tickets for the 21st Annual BSA Game Supper on Saturday February 21st, 2009 . Tickets are $10 per guest and everyone is encouraged to bring a special game dish, dessert, salad or appetizers. All tickets are pre-sale only and on a first come basis. This year we will continue our plan for groups of 8 people that would like to sit together at the dinner. We will reserve a table for any prepaid group of eight people. The cost will be $80 per table of eight people.

DUE TO A GREAT DEMAND FOR TICKETS WE CAN ONLY PROVIDE 8 TICKETS PER MEMBER REQUEST. After February 2nd any remaining tickets will be released to those requesting them. We will have a great variety of foods that will appeal to nearly any tastes. We also look forward to sampling your favorite dishes that are prepared in your unique style.

If you have a donation for the prize tables we will gladly accept your contribution. This event is open to all family members and we will have items of interest for men, women and children. Come on down to Epiphany Hall and visit with your friends and neighbors. If you would like to participate in any way please contact Jay Hewitt at 735-4124. BSA memberships run from January through December and are now due. If you

are not current with your membership you can mail in your request to renew your

card.
